Obviously this brief summary of Adrian’s life is not complete – largely due to the fact that he is, at the time of writing, not dead. However here are a few things you might like to know.

Since graduating in 1999 from The University of Bristol with a degree in theology, Adrian has been working for a decade as a producer, writer and performer for the television industry and beyond.

Over the years he has appeared on and written for the likes of the BBC, Channel 4, MTV, Paramount Comedy Channel, Comedy Central, Dave, G.O.L.D. Turner Broadcasting, Living TV, Trouble and Bravo.

In 2001 he produced and starred in a half-hour pilot called Adrian’s Wall, a new interactive TV kids show for Trouble TV and, although it wasn’t picked up, this gave Adrian a focus for the rest of his adult life.

In 2004 he was commissioned to script and narrate twenty four half-hour episodes of saucy comedy prank show Sexy Cam for Paramount Comedy Channel. The show lasted two series, broadcast in the Autumn of 2004 and the Summer of 2005 respectively.

Also in 2005 he produced, wrote and starred in two series of comedy shorts for Paramount Comedy: Sir Leslie Quint: A Life In Film and A Bit Of History were first broadcast on Paramount Comedy in the Winter of that same year and can still be seen floating around the schedule to this day.

In 2007 Adrian performed alongside Martin Freeman and Phil Davis in the pilot episode of Other People, written by Being Human creator Toby Whithouse for Channel 4 and he also featured in a series of online comedy shorts for ShowTime in the States, promoting the second series of The Tudors.

Since 2008 Adrian has been producing the hugely popular podcasts Utter Shambles for Paramount Comedy and Comedy Central, starring Robin Ince and Josie Long. The first series featured special guests Stephen Merchant, Robert Newman, Rhod Gilbert, Barry Cryer and Alexei Sayle.

Now in its third series, Robin and Josie’s Utter Shambles (as it is now known) has seen guests as eclectic as Alan Moore, Tim Minchin, Jon Ronson, Phill Jupitus, Mark Gatiss, Al Murray, Edgar Wright and Terry Jones. The Python, not the lunatic pastor.

The show has repeatedly topped the iTunes podcast chart, enjoying when 2011 came to a close three million downloads.

Adrian is currently co-developing a sitcom for a major US network.
